Cancellation policy:
We accept bookings in good faith and will hold booked rooms after being supplied with your credit card details. Your credit card details will be held to secure your booking and guarantee payment in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation.

If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged. No cancellations are accepted upon the day or after check in, when we reserve the right to charge the total of the booked stay.

All cancellations will be treated as individual cases, depending on the prevailing circumstances. We will try to help you as much as possible.
